What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), the operational data you enter (stores, orders, shipments, invoices), and usage/diagnostic logs.
How we use it
To provide the service, bill you, provide support, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Sub-processors
Cloud hosting, object storage (AWS S3), email delivery, and payment processing (Stripe / PayPal). Each processes data only to provide their service.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while your account is active. On deletion request it is permanently removed after a grace period. Audit logs for your tenant are removed with it.
Your rights
Access, export, correction and deletion. Use the in-app data export, or contact support.
