By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, infringe rights, or disrupt other tenants.
4. Your data
You own your data. You can export it at any time and request deletion of your account, after which it is permanently removed following a grace period.
5. Availability & liability
The service is provided "as is". Liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email.
